Hi everyone,

My parents bought me a Z-4 a very long time ago and I have been very very happy with it. My only problem is that the wired remote's output for the headphones has been acting really odd lately. I have to jiggle the headphone cord to try to get the sound working correctly, otherwise it sounds really odd. 

I was wondering if there was a place where I could purchase a new wired remote for my Z-4. I just need the remote -- everything else works perfectly.

Also, another question -- why has the price gone up lately? I remember looking it up after my parents bought it, and it was like $100... now Amazon has it for $200+.

Hello akiratheoni,

The Z-4 speakers have been discontinued and replacement parts are unavailable.  I would suggest contacting Customer Care in your region to see what options may be available to you.
