Headphone problem with x-540

When I plug my NEW Sennheiser headphones into the headphone jack on my NEW x-540 volume control I am only getting monon through the headphones - using Dell XPS 540 and NEW SB Audigy SE sound card. Any answers???

I too am experiencing this issue. I apologize for reviving this thread. I have a Sennheiser headset. My sound card is Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer.
