I NEED HELP for a Logitech S-00116 2.0 Speaker System

My S-00116 powers on but the bluetooth will not work. I push the bluetooth button and no light goes on, I hold the blue tooth button and no light goes on. I have tried restarting it and different button combinations but cant get the bluetooth to be in pairing mode or turn on at all
