Hello, I purchased the Logitech Z506 speakers in November of 2011 and they have been working fine up until now.
Today while using them, there was a loud bass sound from the subwoofer, then the bass dropped completely. I have tried connecting it to different devices with no success. The only way they make a noise is if I move the power chord, and even then it's just a loud bumping noise. The other speakers work fine, but without any kind of bass it sounds very unnatural. Will I need to take this up with Logitech customer support?
Thank you

Hello crowdome,
Since you have already done the basic troubleshooting by testing your speakers on a different source, I would suggest (as Hammey has suggested) contact Customer Care for your region for a warranty replacement. The Z506 speakers do come with a two year warranty.
I hope this helps you out.
Sincerely,
