Good day to all !
I have read all the reviews on Logitech`s page about Logitech z 623 speakers and I`ve read off-site reviews from profesionals and so on.
Finally I bought those speakers and when I hooked them up to my computer, I was very frustated, because there was almost no bass ..
Well, there is bass, but people wrote that bass was shaking their room and I saw video with bass test, where one man put coins on his table and the coins were jumping like frogs around the table. I did the same, but, well, coins were asleep.
I maxed the bass knob, and volume to 70%, bass are Ok, but not as seen on video or read in reviews.
Is it subwoofer problem or something else ?
Hope to read some replies soon.
Thank You all for reading my problem !

Hello Sauros,
I personally own a set of the Z623 speakers and I can say they are very bass heavy. Make sure you have the 3.5mm stereo patch cable plugged firmly in to the speaker output of your sound card. If your 3.5mm plug is not inserted all the way, the resulting sound can be very weak. I would also recommend testing your speakers on a different source such as an MP3 player. If your problem persists, you could very well have a malfunctioning speaker system. If this is the case, I would suggest contacting customer care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
I hope this helps you out.
Sincerely
