Hello all

I have just purchased a logitech z506 from officeworks and I just came home to open the box. I have set everything up and I have connected the cables to the bass and power outlet. However I cannot see the green light on the speaker that says turn on. Can anyone help me with this

Hello ia1977,

Make sure your Z506 is plugged directly into a power outlet,  this will eliminate any possible issue with a power strip or extension cord.

After powering on the system with the power button on the right front speaker you should see a power indicator LED (Amber) on the right front speaker as well. If you still do not have power after trying a different outlet I suggest exchanging the system with the seller.
