I bought a pair of z623. I was very happy with the purchase but few months ago they completely stopped working on me. Tried switching the cables between the speakers and the computer and no results.

When I turn them on the make a loud screeching noise and they do a sparking noise after that until I turn them of. Is there anything that is normal or is it my bad luck that they just broke?

Do my warranty stand for this or do I have to pay full price in store to get replacement? (I do not wish to get a repayment because I loved the quality of the speakers)

Hi the z623 speakers have a 2 year warranty contact Logitech support to get a rma. On the right side of this page it says Contact support choose one of the options and start your rma I like to phone seems to get done faster hehe.
