Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone has bought the Logitech mini Boombox, how is the audio on it, is it loud? How far does it keep paired with your bluetooth device? Is it worth the money is my main question?

We dont have them up here in Canada and I have been waiting forever for them, anynews from Logitech on the anticipated release date up here in the cold white north?

Alex, I have the Mini Boombox. It pairs up with my Blackberry Smartphone and Playbook easily, and the sound is awesome for such a small footprint...even the bass! I bought it online but can't remember the retailer.

I've had all sorts of problems getting my Boombox to connect to different devices. It fails far more often than it succededs. But I think if you've just got the one device, and don't try to connect anything else, then it should be fine.

The sound is very impressive for such a small footprint. But the quality isn't wonderful. I wouldn't use it to listen to music.

Also, the connection distance isn't very long - maybe 20 feet.

But for listening to something like podcasts, lying in the bath, it does what it says on the box.

At least it would, if I could only get it to connect okay. 

Verdict - a mixed bag!

Just got mine today, and it paired with both ny Galaxy Tab & my Droid Incredible phone right away.

The sound is fantastic for such a small speaker, and is worth the money In My Not So Humble Opinion.

(And when it comes to humility I'm the greatest!)

I just got mine today and none of the controls on top work  no volume, pause, forward...Nothing!

Actually it is soooooo quiet..I tried many different sound sources, scanner, tune-in radio, the iPad controls will lower the volume but at highest setting I can hardly hear it and I am about 18inches from it...the controls on the speaker itself do nothing.
