Speakers

Hi,

I bought 2 of V20 Notebook speakers for my Uncle in Thailand.  I got a call from him that when he plugs them in to his laptop there are no sound at all (on both of them).  I remoted into his machine and did the following:

1) Told him to unplug all other USB device

2) Make sure V20 speaker is the default Playback sound

3) Uninstall and reinstall the driver again

4) Reboot the system

And still nothing work. No sound. Win7 said the device is working properly.  Is this a known issue? I cannot find the drivers.  Based on the Microsoft's support site, Win 7 should work with it with no problem.

I am running out of idea and I have a very unhappy and cranky relative right now.

Please help!!
