I'm having problems trying to get my new Wireless Speaker Adapter to work.
I have a USB Bluetooth dongle that supports A2DP, which is installed and working correctly.
However, add the Adapter and pair it to my laptop, the following occurs:
1. Press button on top of Speaker Adapter.
2. Click "Add a Device" from Bluetooth device window.
3. Select Logitech Wireless Speaker Adapter and get communicating message.'
4. Prompted to select pairing option - I select "Enter Device's Pairing Code and enter "0000"
Process finishes and I see that the Speaker Adapter has been added, but there is a yellow error triangle with exclamation point. Taking a closer look, I find that on the Hardware tab there is the following message "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" - Again, this is when I look at the properties for the Logitech Speaker Adapter, not for my BT adapter.
So what's the deal - I'm running Windows 7 Pro - this should be a pretty much automatic process. I've looked, I can't even find any reference to drivers for this device.
If I can't get it resolved, I'm not going to waste a bunch of time screwing around with it - back it goes to Amazon.
Any help appreciated.
