I've recently come across a problem with my z4 speaker. Only one of my satellite speakers are outputting sound. There is nothing wrong with the individual satellites because ive switched the left and right in the subwoofer inputs and they both worked fine. The only possible reasons that I can think of are:

• the sub has stopped outputting to the left channel 
• it is caused by my wired remote (wires are visible coming out the back of the remote due to strain but they are still intact)

Please could someone shed some light on this as I dont really want to shell out for a new system (plus I quite like the z4s)

Please test your speakers on a different source such as an MP3 player.  If your problem persists, please contact Customer Care for your region for further assistance and to see what options are available to you.
