I have a problem only one of my speakers is working. I had these speakers for a long time i really like them. But now only one speaker works. Everything is good with my pc i tried to connect them to my phone the same problem. I think i found a problem. I know that first sound goes to volume controller than to subwoofer. So i put my earphones to a subwoofer channel for speakers and only one earphone worked. Than i put my earphones to a volume contoller still the same. I dissamble my volume controller and tried to put my finger on volume knob connectors that i started to hear sound from the speaker but not very load. So is the problem with volume controller or there is something more? And how should i fix it. I don't have a receipt of my speakers so i guess i cant use warranty. So please help ![]()

Is this a chronic problem with the S-220 speakers? I have exactly the same issue. Should I also contact customer service for replacement/repair? These speakers are less than six months old... t

This does not seem to be a chronic problem. Please contact Logitech Customer Care for your region to discuss this issue.

I too have a similiar problem...not sure what is up with them.
I have had them only for 6 months, and I took good care of them.
The volume controlling hub just does not respond, it wont control the volume..sounds like we have almost the same problem.
