Why I receive no answer from logitech?

Hello,

 

at saturday, I sent a message to logitech, because

the sound of my left speakers is faulty.

Usually they should answer in 24-48 hours.

But I got no answer until now.

 

Should I wait?

What can I do, if no answer is coming?

We are currently experiencing long wait times due to severe weather conditions that have impacted one of our support centers. If you have a faulty speaker I suggest you contact our Phone Support Team, since warranty replacements are only issued through phone support.
