I just received mine today and tried to connect it with either my Iphone 4gs or my laptop the whole day and it didn't work, problem is simple. The device doesn't even show on my phone on bluetooth, there's not even a single bluetooth singnal from the adapter... My phone can't search it so does my laptop 
I tried it with 3 different iphones too none of them can see the bluetooth of the adapter. Dont even have anything to connect with so sad.
Anyone experiencing the same problem as me ? Please help out !
I'm hooking it up with Logitech Z5500 btw, oh and I think my brand new adapter is borken already thats why it doesn't have the bluetooth signal.

If your devices can't detect the wireless bluetooth adapter, try pressing the connect button on it to put it in discoverable mode.
