X230 speakers - no green light, no power

Hi all,

I unplugged the power cord to the subwoofer without turning off my speakers.  Afterward, when I plugged it back in, I noticed there was no green light coming on and sure enough the volume dial on the speaker didn't work either.  What happened?  Just to make sure, I tried to connect the speakers to another computer with a different power source and still the green light did not appear.

Strangely enough, when I plug a headset into the speaker, sound comes through the headset.

I checked the volume settings on my computer and everything appears normal.

Is there something I can replace?

If the X230 has an external fuse holder. You may want to check the fuse.

If it does not. Maybe time to contact Logitech Support.

Re: X230 speakers - no green light, no power

I have Logitech speaker system Z313. Today it suddenly stopped while playing music. Since then the speaker is not working - the green power light does not turn on.  Any suggestion?

Thanks
