Hi all,
I have a Logitech Z6D control pod with the 5:1 speaker system that I purchased about 2 years ago.
Everything has worked great until the other day I noticed that one of my rear Z-5450 speakers was flashing red and then the other one started flashing red and not working.
I have read the extensive post about these speakers and the same issue, however yesterday both of the speakers started working again and now today they are both flashing red again.
I have done the reset thing on the bottom of the control pod and back of the spaekers to no avail. I have also restored all settings to defalt with my Creative software because I am using a Sounblaster Extreme Music sound card.
I believe that the issue is either with the Logitech control pod or the rear speakers but it is starnge that they worked again yesterday and not today, it seems to me that they are losing the wireless connection.
Does anyone have any solutions?

Hello hogans,
Please move both rear speakers close to the system and try the following:
To re-establish a link, first locate the pinhole on the bottom of the control center. Using a paperclip, push connect button through the pinhole. The system will start looking for the wireless speakers, as indicated by the flashing LED's on the back of the control center. The system will continue looking for the rear speakers for 2 minutes.
During the 2 minutes that the system is searching for the rear speakers, open the sealing plug on the back of each rear satellite. Using a paperclip, push the connect button through the pinhole on the back of the rear speakers. Once the speakers link up with the system, all LEDs will change to solid.
Best Regards,

Thanks for the response,
I have tried what you have mentioned to no avail.
Sometimes they will connect and sometimes they will not, strange, I have never had this issue before...
Do you think that problem lies with the speakers or the control pod?
