Hi, so I've owned this speaker system for about 2.5 years. These past couple of months its been giving me problems though. On the control pod, all the bars light up, on both rows whenenver the system is turned on, and then it proceeds to die on me, no sound comes out when this happens. I use to be able to remedy this problem by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. But that started to not work anymore. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my system, and how I should go about fixing it?

Hi well it seems the control pod is dieing, Logitech do not sell replacement parts for there speaker systems so there is no way really to fix it. They will however offer you 50 % off on a new set in there out of warranty program hope this helps.

Hi Akagara ,
You can try also to reset the control pod by pressing the input and settings for a few seconds .
Regards,
