Z323 Power Issue

I have Z323 speakers that have stopped working, no green power light. The audio output works with another pair of speakers.

Is there a fuse that may have blown, where is it and can I change it myself. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Z323 Power Issue

Hello logmatiz,

The fuse of the speaker cannot be replaced. The only way to check if its a defective speaker is by trying the speakers on another music source or plug the speakers on different power outlets. If you get the same results, then its a hardware issue.

Re: Z323 Power Issue

Thank`s for the quick response jam0209. I`m not sure that it is the speakers as there is no power going to them from the subwoofer, no green light!. I thought there may be a fuse behind the sub rear panel where all the connections are.

Re: Z323 Power Issue

Hi logmatiz,

  • Please check if all connections / wires are still intact. Try to disassemble and reassemble the connections if necessary.
  • Check out other wall sockets.

If all of these conditions are checked and still suspects that it is caused by a blown fuse, please do not dismantle the speakers for a quick-fix option. Its advisable to contact Logitech Technical Support for further concerns.

Warm Regards,

Re: Z323 Power Issue

Thank`s Giddie01. I was trying to avoid having to return my 3 week old Z323 to where I purchased it in hope they will peplace it. Or wait ? weeks for warranty repair. Just a bit dissapointed with my first Logitech.
