Z4 Speaker Problem

I am having trouble with my z4 speakers.  Randomly (has happened 2 times in the last couple of weeks), the left speaker will sound much quieter than the right and when I turn the volume down all the way to 0 with the volume knob, the right speaker will stay fairly loud still (as if it never actually turned down) and the left speaker will quiet down.  When I turn the volume back up the left speaker will take a little longer then it should to get louder and equalize with the right.  I tried switching the speakers ports and it does the same thing, so I am pretty sure its not the speakers themselves.  The issue will also just go away after a little while or if I play with the cables some.  Any ideas?

Re: Z4 Speaker Problem

Hello J0hnnyNapalm,

Try unplugging your speakers from your computer, and plugging them into the headphone jack of a simple device like an mp3 player, iPod or cell phone with built-in mp3 player . Play a song. If the issue persists, please contact the customer support team in your region for further assistance with this issue.
