Speakers

Recently I purchased the z506 series, and when I do have them working and producing sound, the quality is amazing.

However, this is only a random chance.  Most of the time, if I have the speakers plugged in, I get no sound out of them.  I've tried rearranging wires, changing configurations, etc.  However, the weirdest part is that when I plug a pair of headphones into the jack on the speaker itself, the sound is invariably perfect through the headphones!

Where is the breakdown, here?  How can I get my speakers to produce sound consistantly and not need to resort to headphones?

Based on the description of your problem, it seems as though your Z506 speakers may have a defective amplifier.  The Z506 speakers do come with a two year warranty.  I would suggest you contact Customer Care in your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
