Bought these last month, everything was working fine. 

I would only need the volume at 25% for it to be loud enough, came on today to find i need it at 100% to be the same volume as the 25% used to be.

Any idea's?

You may want to check the device providing the sound signals. If it has its own volume control. It maybe got turned down. You could also try them on a different sound source like a MP3 player and see if they are still low in volume.
