Hello, i apologies in advance for my bad English
.
Today my X-540 suddenly started to make a strange noise after I connected my laptop to it. Now the left channel is dead and makes strange noises when changing the volume while the left one works fine. Kind of hard to express with my limited English so I recorded it: ( its the right speaker in the video cause i switched them, to find out if it was the speaker)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWZu1zSW8Oo
I also had all inputs and outputs disconnectet and still heard that noise from the sub.
So i am pretty sure they are done for, but I just ask her if there is anyway to save them.
Although they where cheap and lasted long enough for the price and I also wanted to upgrade to something more audiophile I try to save up right now and was hoping they would last a few years longer ![]()
