Hi,

You can test the speakers using an MP3 player and the matrix mode.

Thank you for your post.

You have to know what your sound card or on board sound chip is. Then find its Sound Manager and set the audio there.

Is there a sound Icon on your Task bar? You may find the settings there. Another place you may find it is in the Sound Icon in the Control Panel.

On my computer with  a Realtek HD sound chip. There is a small Icon on the Task Bar where I can set all kinds of things.

Re: z-5300E speaker problems

In the Test Mode there should have been sound from all the speakers.

You may have a problem with them.

Maybe with the power switch off. Make sure all the connections are good.

A call or email to Logitech Support maybe needed.
