I have had my z-680s since the first year of release... I dont remeber how long that has been though and I am having issues with the pod, the blue backlighing in the right hand side of the display is flickering from time to time and the power button doesnt work most of the time, I have to hit it repeatedly to get it to work. and the Optical connection gets staticy after awhile as well, is there any way I could purchase just the the pod? it works fine otherwise. also going along with a post I resurected is there any idea as to when a new set of highend 5.1 or 7.1 will be released as even the z5500 is getting long in the tooth.
