Hi guys, so I have Logitech z323, and in the first couple of days, I would get sound from my subwoofer.

But now it is dead, I tested it on another system and it works.

The two stereo speakers works fine too.

So I guess I need help with the setup...

My sound settings is put at 2 Stereo speakers, I tried to make a custom 5.1 setting where I only enable L+R and sub.

Alas no sound from the sub.

I am using RealTek Audio HD drivers.

It is plugged in to the main sound output in my PC.

The volume settings is also up.

Hello tylzen,

Check the sound settings on the of your sound card software, make sure the configuration should be for a 2.1 sound settings. If you are not sure on how to configure the software of your soundcard, contact the support of your soundcard. You can also try to update or un-install / re-install the sound card driver and that should fix the issue.
