z506 Rear Speakers making noises.

I hooked up my brand new z506 surround sound speakers to my PS3 using the white/red RCA cable. And when i try to play songs from iphone that is hooked up with the green cable. the rear speakers sometimes create this annoying squeaking sound, kind of like a distortion. what can cause this?

Just to be clear, are you trying to use your PS3 and iPhone with the Surround Sound Speakers Z506 all at once?

Regarding the squeaking sound, check the following:

1. Connections

2. Cables

3. Try the Surround Sound Speakers Z506 on a different outlet
