So I've been using the z506 for a month or two now without problems. Recently I reinstalled my computer and ran into problems when setting up the 5.1 sound system. I use realtek to set up the 5.1 and usually get sound from all speakers by cloning the sound in the front two speakers, sending them to the two rear ones. However, the right rear speaker doesn't work. It's not the physical speaker because when I switch it with another speaker it works just fine.
I have four speakers working but the rear right one is not. Is there maybe a setting that isn't working correctly or is it a hardware issue?
Thanks in advance.

Hello ZekeDroid,
The speaker is a plug and play and dependent on the sound card of the computer. If one of the speakers is not working then there might be a setting on the software of the soundcard that is not properly setup. The best way to test if it is a hardware issue is by trying the speakers on another music device such as an IPOD or an MP3 player. When you connect the speaker on another music source you can get a 5.1 sound by plugging in just the green 3.5 mm audio plug. If you get the same result even on another music source then it is a hardware issue. You can contact our customer care just refer to the link below.
