z515 speaker crackles using wireless USB

Got my z515 speakers last week. They sound great with my iPhone over bluetooth.

 

Last night i tried the wireless USB with my laptop and the right speaker sounds like it is Blown!  it just crackles.

 

Help. What is the problem and what can i do? Speaker problem? USB stick problem? Return it?

Hey ScreamingTree,

 

If you're saying this only happens when using the adapter, then it sounds like the adapter could be causing it. I would try contacting customer support.
