Squeezebox Players

My squeezebox touch has worked flawlessly until this morning when I keep getting a mysterious "401 Authentication required" error message displayed whenever I attempt to listen in on both Digitally Imported and Sky FM (they're owned by the same company and use the same login). Well, I'm logged in and my settings haven't changed, so I don't see what the problem is. Also I checked the stream on Sky FM's home page and channels are playing there, and other channels on Squeezebox play just fine. Any tips? I have almost 2 years left in my subscription and would love to get this figured out.

Both are playing fine here in US.  Are you in the EU? 

The EU MySB servers are known to be flaky, plus the added traffic of holiday use may be making EU MySB extra flaky.

I'm in the US and I'm having the same problem with Sky FM.  What's happening?

Looks like it is just certain ch's, the couple I picked to quickly test were (still are) fine.  But now I'm trying a number of other ch's and I too am getting the error.

I am having this issue as well in Canada with Sky.fm. I noticed that the app store has updated the version of the Sky.fm app for iphone/iPad to version 1.2. This update occurred Dec. 31, 2011. I think the Logitech sky.fm app for the squeezebox may need to be updated in some fashion.. But that's my theory for now. Until then I'll be stuck with AirPlay from my iPad for sky.fm. Logitech should take a look at the squeezebox app.

I have been having the same problem since yesterday and I am in California.

I tried calling support , I've reset the squeezebox radio settings, reinstalled firmware, yanked out the battery, tried all over again and  even tried making new accounts at mysqueezebox.

My 30 day trial at SKY and DI for a yearly fee is almost up, someone better get this fixed soon or I see a refund in my future!

I can eliminate the account and get the 96k streams on the radio, but they don't sound as good and have interuptions. Adding the account back simply gets me the same 401 Authentification Required error.

Seems like something between MySqueezebox.com and SKY/DI isn't working right. Hope Logitech gets it solved...

Sky FM support was really great.  I contacted them via email and they replied that it's a problem with the Logitech app, that they would contact them tomorrow and help them resove the problem.

Got an email from Sky FM early this morning asking me to try again.  Lo and behold, things seem to be working.  I guess they must have talked to those at Logitech who could actually resolve the problem and they got it resolved.

is it working? i have the same 401 error. i uninstalled the di.fm app, reinstalled it and tryed to login to my di.fm account, but the login data doesnt work :/

i can login on the di.fm website with these data, all working...

any sugesstions?
