Hello bpa2,

I understand this and that is why I said what I did above as I was passing on the internal information from our Product Specialists and after I did some testing here. If the App is not working for everyone it is not fixed yet and we will not report it as fixed. Though this morning I did do some testing when I came in and it looks like some are working. If users in North American can also test it would be helpful.

I wanted some other users to test the fixed App while I had the ear of the developers and since I was the only user testing.

What do you mean "and it looks like some are working."   Only "some" - which ones are not working ? 

It is possible the problem with the CBC app is similar to the BBC.  Is the US based mysb.com server deliverying wrong URLs to Canadian based player.

Well there are so many CBC channels that it is hard to tell. For the CBC app I would need to know the exact province and city the station is located in to test as CBC is only based in Canada.

I said some because I have not had a chance to test them all though from customers I am in contact with they have said it is working. I am only in contact with North American users.

Install Tune In Radio from the featured apps and you can get all the BBC streams. Works perfectly for me in or out of the UK.

Hi,

I've just lost all my listen again on the BBC app on my squeezebox radio. Now I have BBC (International) and only streams. I loved the listen again and it was the only reason I bought the radio. Could somone give me a break down on what I have to do to get it back?

Before I was using this: http://www.iplayerconverter.co.uk/default.aspx, but it stoped working. Then I tried the BBC App and now I only get the streams.

Please Please someone help!

If nothing is workable, is there another radio that works without turning my computer on so that I can listen to listen again?
