Controller screen too dark

Any idea what may be wrong with the controller screen? It has always been so dark as to be almost unreadable. Yes, the brightness setting is at maximum. I have to cup my hand over the screen even in a dark room to see what is displayed.

Contact customer support for your area. They may ask you for a picture of the remote on the brightness screen.

I have this same problem. Is anyone aware of a fix?

Hi goligki,

Try a factory reset on the remote -

Turn off remote, press and hold + (Add) button, and while you are holding the add button, turn the remote back on.
