Login issue with SiriusXM app

I've been having a problem getting SiriusXM on my Radio.
I installed the SiriusXM app on my radio and when I try to login via mysqueezebox.com I get "GlobalServiceFailedLogin". I also can't login from the radio itself.
I have the premium service from SiriusXM which works fine on my phone and PC.
My original username was my email address, i tried changing it something without a "@" or ".", but that didn't help.
Any suggestions?

Hello bruce24,
For the Sirius Premier package in order to enable usage on 3rd party internet radio devices there is a sub note listed for that package stating:
SiriusXM Internet Radio available for an additional $3.50/month
This is required to stream to 3rd party internet radio devices.

I have the SirusXM Internet Radio option that allows me to stream and have no problems streaming with the SiriusXM app on my iPad or Android phone.

Hello bruce24,
If you have all the required features on your subscription and are getting the GlobalServiceFailedLogin it usually means that the account exists, but does not have sufficient rights to stream to the Squeezebox or there is an issue with it server side with Sirius. I would call Sirius and have them confirm your account is setup correct.

I already called Sirius, I have called both Logitech and Sirius twice as a matter of fact with each pointing the finger at the other and now you are doing the same. Since I can stream SiriusXM via other devices I have a hard time accepting what appears to be Logitech's standard answer of it's my account. If this is all you can offer I guess I should just return the Radio.

Not sure if this will help, but my 2 cents:
1. I have regular sirusXM subscription (car) AND the extra internet radio streaming subscription. This works on my iphone/ipad/laptop. I'm also able to play this with my squeezeboxes using the siriusXM app under myapps.
2. I do recall that at some point I had to change my username for my internet streaming account to get things to work with my squeezeboxes. My siriusXM account login was my email address (and still is). But I changed my internet streaming account username to something else (all letters, not an email address). Then afterwards, I was able to stream to squeezeboxes just fine.

Thanks Gary, One of the first things I did after having the login problem on the SB Radio was change my SirusXM Internet Radio username to something other than my email address. It is now just letters and numbers.
