No XM Radio on my Sqeezebox

So I have quite a few Sqeebox Radios and SqueezeBox touches.
My main reason for getting them was to listen to XM radio easily
in different parts of the house.
I am a premium online subscriber and I can play XM radio over web.
For a few weeks now I have not been able to listen to XM Radio at all.
I start the xm app, I tune the station (and latetly the logo for the show
does not come up, just a generic XM radio graphic) and it says
its playing but no sound ever comes out.
What gives and how do I fix it?

there is no XM app. Do you mean the SiriusXM app on mysqueezebox.com.

OK. so something is wrong on your end (as it has been working for me). First do the typical reset to clean any potential connection issues:
1. turn off PC running LMS (if you are using this)
2. unplug SB players
3. turn off router
4. turn on router and let fully start
5. turn on PC and then start LMS and let fully start (if applicable)
6. plug in SB players and let connect.
Also, can you login to mysqueezebox.com OK? And you see the app in your myapps? If using LMS, you have entered your mysb.com credentials in settings? no error messages on that page?
