Radio registration & connection issue

Just bought a squeezebox radio, registration was straight forward.  Connected to my wifi network no problem and streaming is working fine.  Also set up on mysqueezebox.com and downloaded the squeezebox server software on my Mac OSX 10.6.

 

When I go to mysqueezebox.com and click on the player tab it says, "Oops! You don't appear to have any players registered to this account"  I know I'm registered because I changed the name of the box and it updated on the site.

 

I also downloaded iPeng on my iPad and can connect to my music source (aka laptop) but can't seem to get the software to find the squeezebox.

 

I don't have any firewalls, WAP, WEP, nothing that would block the box from having access...

 

Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?  I've been scouring this site and the web for support and it is frustrating to say the least.  All I want to do is use iPeng on my iPad to control and play my itunes library on the squeezebox.

Hi

 

I have the same problem with my Squeezebox Radio.

Mysqueezebox tells me that I haven't registered the item on my account and I am sure it has been done.

 

What is the problem?

Hi again

 

I am using the server version 7.5.4. and it is working ok here. The server recognize the radio and it shows what happening at the moment and I can control it from there.

So it is giving you this error when you are connected to the server or when the computer is turned off and you are just connected to mysqueezebox.com?
