Squeezebox Players

Anyone else having problems running Rhapsody on the Squeezebox iPhone app?  When I select it from the My Apps page, 'Loading' displays for a few seconds then quits.  This happens on both my Touch and my Duet.  All other apps seem to work fine.

Which Squeezebox Server version do you use? Could it be that it's an onld one and so the player switches to MySqueezebox.com?

Yep, the official Logitech app.  I don't have an SB server -- I use mysqueezsebox.com.  It has worked in the past, just isn't working now.

It has worked with this very Squeezebox in the past or did you add a new one?

But I just ttried it and while it works for me I can confirm it doesn't really look good. For most menus I had to try a few times until the yopen and some showed only part of the content before I try to scroll. But the App never crashed for me.

It's also sometimes being called "Napster" and sometimes "Rhapsody" for me, but that's probably because I use it from Europe.

The service itself seems to be OK, I had no problems to use it through iPeng so it's maybe something with timeouts in the App (Rhapsody is actually slow for me) or the browser on the iPhone doesn't like some of the content sent.

It has worked with the exact same squeezeboxes in the past.  It also works on the Squeezeboxes themselves, just not on the iPhones (a 3G and a 4S).  Hadn't thought to try iPeng -- I'll do that and let you know.

Just tried iPeng, and Rhapsody works fine there on both my Duet and Touch.  Still fails on both devices on the Squeezebox Controller app on a 3G and 4S.

This is still failing for me.  Anyone else experiencing the problem?

I have the same problem, open the case with Logitech a few months ago.....and the promised "fix" has gone into a black hole.

so disappointing.......used to be so cool.
