Spotify has no sound on my new Squeezebox Radio

I have just recieved my Squeezebox Radio and the first thing i did was to install spotify but there is no sound for tracks on spotify, I have recently registered om spotify so i have one of those dam facebook connected accounts so i had to generate a device username and password. I se all lists and tracks, the progress-bar is moving but there is no sound

 

please help as it is now my Squeezebox Radio is just a expensive paper weight standing in the kitchen

Probably done so, but just to verify....

 

You have created a free www.MySqueezeBox.com account, installed the Spotify App on there, configured that App (enter login info), press Save

Yes ;-)

 

I actually installed and configured my MySqueezeBox from www.MySqueezeBox.com as i thought it was the only way to do it.

I can se my playlists

Did you also make sure you installed it properly from the Radio itself?

Yeah, I assumed you had done so.  But you mentioned Facebook and Spotify somehow linked and  I know there is a Facebook App on MySB so I thought maybe there was some odd ball way to get Spotify via Facebook to a SqueezeBox.

 

I don't use either Spotify or Facebook so I just didn't know.  :smileyhappy:

I have tried with

- factory reset.

- removing and installing the spotify app both from the SqueezeBox Radio and from mySqueezeBox

- reinstalling the latest firmware

I'm living in sweeden

 

I't was a total meltdown this morning when we start it, nothing worked, the network symbol was red and only two lines was avalible in the menu favorites and settings. The network test told me it was no problem with the network.

 

I tried restarting, factory reset, reinstall but nothing worked.

I had to reregister mysqueezebox (same account)

Now the webradio was avalible

Spottify password didnt work on my SqueezeBox Radio (entered it from web last time)

Entered Spottify username and password on website and now spottify is working

This is still an issue. Are there really no solution from Logitech? I have done all things possible to get Spotify working on my SB Radio. Restart, reset, remove App and reinstall (both via the device and my squeezebox.com. I know of several others with the same issue. Please help Logitech. /Slorup

Spotify on my Squeezebox has stop working.

I can start a song but no sound.

 

I think Spotify has made an upgrade but not the app on Squeezebox.


Hope for an solution soon.
