Spotify problems in Radio

Sometimes it doesn't play anything at all.
The menus don't connect to anything, songs are not played. But on the phone it works fine.
It makes the device to freeze and a reboot is needed.
So I don't know if you somebody is working on it, but I hope so... Spotify says that the app is developed by logitech.
Please fix the million bugs that have your devices!!

I am having similar problem to the user who posted first here. I am in California. Spotify albums and tracks look like they are playing on my SB Touch, but no sound comes out. As with the other user, these same albums and tracks play fine - at the same time - on my iPod Touch. Is there a fix?

I have similar issues....I have sent emails to both Spotify and Logitech requesting that someone spends time developing the softwarre a little more.....the marriage of the two systems should be FANTASTIC but is currently falling fall short of the rest of the experiences I have had with the Squeezebox Radio....I own 3 of the units (just to show how much I like them) but am really frustrated with the Spotify software app on the Radio......it could and should do so much more.....please help and make it better !!!

I experience the same type of problems! Spotify on Squeeze box radio works very sporadically (I have two devices synced together):
- Sometimes when trying to open Spotify on Squeeze box radio it is loading for ever and nothing happens.
- Sometimes when playing music on one device and starting the other the music stops and then it is not possible to start the music again.
- Sometimes when choosing one artist in Spotify it starts to play the artist below or above instead.
- Sometimes it starts to play the music but there is no sound (happens quite often).
- Sometimes it is possible to play some artist in Spotify but not others.
I also experience problems with the radio. When listening to the radio suddenly the sound disappears but the device still show that the radio is playing (no buffering message).
I have two devices with exactly the same problems so I strongly believe this is software related! I have had these problems for 5 months now and my patient is coming to an end soon. Please fix these problems now since it would be such a great device if it worked!!

i to have had a few radio problems. when listening to a particular radio station the art work of the particular song that i am listening to disappears and goes back to the list of music. it shows the song on the bottom still playing.

well ... not so good after all this squeezebox ![]()
i thought it would be easy to have my music in one place once i had a Premium Spotify account .... but no....
all kinds of errors....
its frustrating !

Have 100% the same problems....
Also 2 devices (Radio and Touch).
(I'm located in Denmark for your reference)
Hope Logitech will soon wake up and fix this.. (Or maybe Spotify crew?)

I have found a solution : I switched from Spotify to Deezer.
The Logitech Deezer app works quite well, much better then the Spotify app.
