I have two Squeezbox Radio with same options.

One startet "missing" Artwork for Radiostations. Sometimes they are displayed for a second, than the standard-artwork ist comming up.

On the other radio with same options everything is fine.

Who can I helpt Squeezebox Radio findig the artwork for the radiostations again?

Hello Leukermoser,

 If i understand correctly, you can see the Artwork for the Radiostation sometimes and not the other time. Is this correct?

 Would you be abel to let me know the name or the call sign of this Radio station on which you are not able to see the Artwork.

 Have you attempted to perform a Firmware update on this particular Radio that is giving you Problems. If you haven't, do the following :

 Go to Settings>Advanced>Software Update>Begin Update.

 Let us know how it goes.

Yes, this is correct.

Radio station are all (except Deezer), spezially Ö3, Bayern 80s, Radio Swiss Classic etc.

Firmewareupdate: this was the first thing I did.

Bytheway, I have 2 squeezebox radios, one has the problems, the other dosnt!

Please help!

Hello Leukermoser,

 Would I also be able to get you to perform a Factory Reset as well on this problematic Radio. 

 Settings>Advanced>Restore Factory Settings>Continue

 Once you reset the Radio, reconnect to your network and to Mysqueezebox.com.

 Let me know if it makes any difference.

I´m a very satisfied user of a Squeezebox Radio and have no trubble until a weeks ago. My radio suddenly stopped and after restart it worked for a while until it stopped again. Well I updated to the new firmware and tried again. It behaved strange for a while but now it´s working again except for one thing, it shows no albumcovers or other channel signs. Just a radioantenna in black.

Only one channel works as before and that is RadioParadise, witch shows album covers just as before.

I´ve tried to manually write the url´s but I can´t get to work. No major problem but a bit annoying as it works for one station but not the others.

Hello Leukermoser,

 This issue has been brought before the Product specialist and he is looking into the problem as we speak. I will update you as soon as I hear back from him.

 @ SveaHund :

 The same goes for you as well. I will update this thread when I get more information.  As far as entering URL's Manually, you can do that via Mysqueezebox.com account under the Favorites Tab.

 Once you enter the Url's for your station there, save the changes and you can access them on the Radio under the Favorites Menu.

Excuse bad my bad english, but what I meant with it wouldn´t work with manually urls was not that I could not put them in place. I meant that the covers did not show even with other kind of links than the default links from my Squeeze Box.

I am looking forward hearing from you again.

cooles thing:

if you have a look at mysqueezebox you will see:

1 Radio working well in "Fernsteuerung" with icons

1 Radio not working

so the problem is in the software not the radio
