I have the same probleme here, in Romania, with my SBR. No Artwork in MySB.com. Is more then a year since dissapeared.

Just found out that if I was connected to my SB radio via the Logitech Media Server program on my Macbook, all the Radio Artwork showed up perfect. But as soon as I closed down the connection the artwork disappered.

Can this be of any help in solving the problem?

btw, still the artwork shows perfect from the radiostation "Radio Paradise" but not on any other station. Strange...

just tested it; connected to my NAS with squeezeboxserver all artworks are ok, but without: no artworks on one radio (the other works fine)

I'm also having problems with radio artwork.  Tried everything, updates, resets etc.  Only station that displays properly is Radio Paradise.  Not even displaying for BBC!!

Can this be fixed please - it is one of the reasons I bought the radio!

I'm also having the same issue.  When Logitech Media Server is running on the PC and I run my Squeezebox through the 'Web Remote Control' then all radio station artwork appears on the Squeezebox.  However, if the Squeezebox is not run through the Logitech Media Server then no radio station artwork appears.

This problem only accured after updating to the latest firmware (7.7.2 r9663) in March.  I have attempted numerous factory resets and reinstalls of the firmware, but nothing fixes the bug.

Any help would be appreciated.

so now the second of 3 radios same problem: short reset (due to fault?) and now all icons are gone...

will send 2 radios back to Logitech!

When I first bought my Squeezebox, everything worked perfectly, even after downloading logitech media server to both my laptop and PC so that I could play my music stored on them through the radio.

Then I noticed that station artwork would only show when I had my PC logitech server running.  When I logged off, presets and most station art was lost.

This morning, I couldn't get a wifi signal until I ran logitech media server on my PC.

What is going on??!!

Why can't the radio work normally and independently whether PCs are switched on or not, just like old days??

There is obviously some connection here.

If I am doing something fundamentally wrong, I hold my hands up!  If not I would like an explanation.

I just want my radio to pick up my wifi signal and work in a simple and user friendly way - is that too much to ask.

Logitech experts or gurus - help us please!!
