My squeezebox duet was working perfectly earlier today.
But I then moved its location (back to a previous location). It now will not connect to the network.
It is currently cycling through red, green, blue, white constantly, and giving out a test tone.
I've tried to hold down the button for 3/6/12 seconds to get it to reset itself but to no avail. I've unlplugged the power to it several times, and to the router.
Each and every time it comes on the red light is there for a few seconds then it goes into the cycle mode.
I've reset the controller but when trying to find networks this doesn't find the duet even allowing me the screen you'd expect to see in bridge mode.
Its always been on WIFI, although of this problem solving exercise I have run a cable to it as well.
I've searched previous posts, so ensured DCHP is on, but can't see that anyone has had a continuing multi colour flash.
Help please!

Just spoke to the support line, and they were less than helpful and said it was faulty, with out asking many questions at all really.
Is this correct, as everything you read on the web says the colour flashing sequence is a correct working duet, and the purple colour indicates a fault?

Hello adam81
Purple LED can indicate that the receiver is no longer functioning. Try a factory reset first, but if it keeps going back to purple it is defective. If it is just cycling and giving a test tone then you should be able to unplug it and plug it back in and it should stop. This is normal behaviour for running the test tones on the Duet. Do not press and hold the button on the front while unplugging or plugging back in as that is how you enter the "Test Tone" test.
Then if it is still not connecting then do a factory reset on both receiver and controller. On the receiver you will press and hold the button on the front until it goes from slow blinking red to fast blinking red. When it is fast blinking red you will then let go of the bottom on the receiver and you will see that it will go solid then back to slow blinking red. At this point factory reset the controller and go through the setup.

I encountered a similar issue today and solved it with a factory reset of the controller. In working my way round to that, I reset the password on my account, so that may or may not be the issue.

Another thing I forgot to add is you may wish to contact one of the Logitech Agents on here and see if they can check the controller MAC address and see if it is duplicated. Sometimes this can be an issue as well with not connecting.
The new Logitech agents are:
