I have had my Squeezebox Radio about fifteen months. It can no longer connect to internet radio stations. It seems to be properly connected to the wireless lan, but does not seem to be connecting to the Logitech servers. I tried resetting to factory defaults, and that did not help.
Any advice? I have called Logitech support more than fifty times but only get a busy signal.
Model number: X-R0001
Diagnostics:
- Firmware version 7.7.1 r9557 (factory reset)
- Hardware version 5
- Network health: All network tests passed successfully.
- Wireless info: The DNS server is the same one my laptop is using successfully, and the IP address looks reasonable.
Server info:
- mysqueezebox.com: 50.17.242.167
- Ping OK
- TCP Port 3483 OK
- TCP Port 9000 OK
- mysqueezebox.com registration: Registered
- Logitech Media Server: Not connected
- Library name: Not connected
- Ping: Not connected
- Ping: Not connected
- TCP Port 3483: Not Connected
- TCP Port 9000: Not Connected
I know that last four seem to contract the earlier bullets, but the above is what is shown on the Server Info screen.

Problem fixed by resetting wireless router.
Other devices were working fine, but the Squeezebox was not connecting to mysqueezebox.com. Now all is well.
