I have exactly the same problem. I'm playing .flac files from a hard drive directly connected to the Squeezebox. Up until the latest firmware upgrade everything was fine. Now I get an annoying (fraction of a second) dropout at the end of most tracks when playing a list. It seems to me that the problem might be caused by the device loading/converting the next track before finishing the current one. I am considering re-setting the firmware to the previous version - downloads of V7.7.1 seem readily available on the web. I'll probably have to experiment a bit, though. Any suggestions welcome!

Changing back to the previous version of the SB Touch firmware appears to have cured the problem. You need the fab4_7.7.1_r9558.bin file from http://downloads.slimdevices.com/LogitechMediaServ
Clearly, this is not an ideal solution - but it works for me.![]()
