Hi,
I have a Touch and latest version of LMS. Player and web application don't see anything tracks in artists, genres, titles folder, but can access all musics in "Music Folder". LMS scanned correctly my folders and shows the number of tracks.
anyone could help me please?

If you try to use mp3tag on a file, what does mp3tag show in the metadata?

Firstly I thank you so much for answer!
I checked my files with mp3tags (mp3's and flac's) and the tags are okay. Even if I look for information about mp3 in LMS, the tags are correctly filled. So I don't know what wrong with tags in LMS.
The player show the tags while playing.

I know this is a stupid sugesstion, but have you tried to do a complete rescan (again)? On the control panel of LMS you can delete all cached files and the database. Then a complete new rescan will take place. It might do the trick.

I am a new user of Touch and LMS. Relly new...
This is an absolutely new installation of LMS and Squeezebox Touch. But I tried the rescan of course. It doesn't help
Only "Folder" mode works, nothing else works.

on the right side, click on a song title, then it should show info on that track on the left side. Then there are ways to drill down even more to the tags, etc. This is very odd. I'd also do a "clear and rescan" again too in LMS. See picture:

and the fact that you can't see my picture in the message points to some sort of issue with your webbrowser, which could also be affecting your seeing the info in LMS. What type of computer are you using to run LMS? Is it some sort of low power NAS. If so, that can be an issue. I had lots of similar viewing problems when running on a readynas duo. Which skin are you using (default or classic)? Try changing the skin in LMS > Settings and see if that helps.
