'my music' does not show up on iPad app

It seems as if I have two databases, all my apps and favorite urls at mysqeezebox dot com and then to access music on my local networked drives I have to log off and log into my pc, a Mac pro desktop running Mac server software I can't seem to be able to inure out how to toggle between the, if I should. Seems to me I shouldn't see two separate databases When I log onto my music folders, all my apps and favorites go empty

That's because your Squeezebox can only be connected to either MySqueezebox.com or your local server with your local library at a time.

Logitech's iPad App can not switch your Squeezebox between these servers ("Music Sources") only iPeng and SqueezePad can do that.

BUT:

When connected to your local server, your MySqueezebox.com library ("Apps" and Favorites) should still show up so you should not have to switch as long as your server keeps running.

Please make sure you have entered your correct account info in the server. Open the Web interface and go to "Settings->MySqueezebox.com".

Should the info be correct and you still don't see the "Apps" when connected to your local server, please restart the server software, you can usually (Windows, OSX) do that through the control panel ("Stop serverv" followed by "Start Serverr").
