So you have the Touch player and you normally connect it to SBS on your computer, correct?
But now when you select My Music from it's Home menu it is asking you to insert a USB drive?
And you do not have a USB or SD card connected to Touch, correct?
If so, I'd try the following..
1. reboot Touch and SBS server
2. try My Music again, see if it offers your SBS server
3. if no go, try using Switch Library, see if it offers your SBS server

Try disabling all security software and firewalls. Then stop the server and restart the server.

Forget the web control until you get the player connected to the server from the Touch > My Music or Touch > Switch Library

I don't have the option to choose the first screen is
to enable " my music" try the following
download the squeezebox server software....
or insert an SD card
-connect a storage device
I swapped my duo for this as I thought it was more stable!

Tried this and it doesn't work.
not sure if it has anything to do with it but when I go on web control it show the squeezebox server and my touch below. I click on the touch and it says I need to switch. I then look at the players again and it's still showing the squeezebox server.
Although I just tried it now and no player is showing - even thoughy it's all running????
This is all when the security software is disabled

I have worked it out, it's all because my router is set to channel 1 - it's overloaded so i have now changed to another channel and everything works!

yep, that's often an issue. there are several free programs for seeing what WIFI networks are around you and what channel they are using. e.g., NETSTUMBLER or VISTUMBLER for windows.
