Steering Wheels - Joysticks - Headsets - Gamepads

I've had the chillstream for 3 months and loved it. But now it keeps losing turning on and off. I've been trying to find the problem and it seems it is located on the wire, close to the gamepad. When i move the wire around that place it turns on or off much more faster, and if i hold it a certain way, it will stay on. What can i do to fix that?

If you've had it for 3 months, then the best thing to do it to contact our warranty support team. If they determine it's defective, you'll receive a warranty replacement.
