How do I get two rumblepad 2 gamepads to work?

How do I get two rumblepad 2 gamepads to work? I installed software & in the setup both pads tested ok, but in the real world only one works. Has anyone had this problem? Please help me.

Oops, I forgot to mention, these pads are wireless.
