I picked up a Audio Hub from Tiger Direct and only used it 3 times now the unit will not power up. Verified the power supply was working using a friends audio hub that was purchased the say time..
I was told by a sales person there are issues with the LED-lit volume/power knob...

I also purchased my audio hub from tiger direct, the unit was working fine so I threw away the box. For the last week or so the unit would not respond so I would unplug it and plug it back in and it would work. Now I can't even get it to go on. What do I do?

I have a different problem now. I have a non published phone number and when I purchased the audio hub from Tiger Direct they ask for a phone number I didn't give them one and now I can't be given a copy of my receipt. Will Logic replace or fix my audio hub without a receipt?
