V20 No sound coming from left speaker

I just got a pair of V20 Speakers and connected them to my MacBook running OSX, I changed the output in the System Preferences and all I have is sound from the right speaker.  Would appreciate any help.

If you have another computer to try them in and they still are not working properly, please contact Technical Support or return them to your retailer for an exchange.
