You know, it truly amazes me. I never in my wildest dreams could believe just how many Z-10 related issues I would see in this thread, but there are at least a dozen on the frontpage alone! Makes me a bit weary that I'll ever find a fix for this, or that I will ever purchase Logitech hardware again...
Anyways I purchased my Z-10s for my parents awhile back. I never had an issue with them until last weekend, when I came to visit them and noticed that the information on the screen display was wrong (Mentions Monday May 10, 1:10 pm). I asked them what was up and my mother told me she didn't know, but she or my father rarely use the computer.
Anyways I attempted to disconnect the speakers from the USB drive, thinking it would reset them (I mean, without a power-source how could it still function?). Apparently I was wrong, it did absolutely nothing. It looks as though the speakers are frozen and I can't seem to find a way to manually reset them (a pretty rookie move not to incorporate some type of manual reset button).
Anyways I want to know if there's a way that I can reset them, or whipe any and all settings to restore it as though I had just purchased them.
Thank You
Note: I don't really expect to hear from a Logitech CSR...at least not for awhile, based on other threads involving Z-10 issues.
